Hangzhou, China News Network, November 21 (Zhang Yuhuan) On November 21, the inaugural meeting of the the Belt and Road Comprehensive Service Alliance of Zhejiang Province was held in Hangzhou. The alliance was initiated by the Office of the Leading Group for Promoting the Construction of the "the Belt and Road" in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission). It is committed to giving better play to the pioneering experience of Zhejiang enterprises in overseas transnational investment, strengthening the business service support of professional institutions, improving the policy guidance effectiveness of government departments, and serving Zhejiang enterprises to participate in the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" with high quality.

Zhang Shuming, Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province, introduced that the "the Belt and Road" Comprehensive Service Alliance of Zhejiang Province is a public welfare social organization, a "club" for enterprises to share knowledge and experience, coordinate difficult demands, and interact with project cooperation. Various institutions directly provide professional integration services to head enterprises and key projects. At the same time, the alliance is also a guiding window for government departments to interpret policies, and a government enterprise collaboration platform to coordinate and promote key projects.

He said that the main task of the alliance is to promote resource sharing, complementary advantages, cooperation and exchange within the alliance, and to enhance the competitiveness and influence of Zhejiang in participating in the high-quality development of the "the Belt and Road". The Alliance will organize special activities around key countries and regions, carry out policy training around key and difficult problems encountered by enterprises in the process of participating in the "the Belt and Road" construction, convene relevant departments to study and coordinate, reflect opinions and suggestions, and solve practical problems.

In addition, the Alliance has also established a project exchange mechanism, which will promote enterprises to carry out the "the Belt and Road" project cooperation and guide professional institutions to provide integrated services.

Xu Wenguang, member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, said at the scene that we should give full play to the role of the Alliance as a "government assistant and enterprise assistant", and lead and drive Zhejiang enterprises to make good use of both domestic and international markets and resources in accordance with the principle of "government guidance, enterprise leadership, and joint construction and sharing", so as to help introduce high-quality foreign capital and make positive contributions to the realization of efficient and smooth dual cycle function. The chairman units of the Alliance should give full play to their respective strengths and play a leading and exemplary role in expanding overseas markets and participating in international cooperation. All member units of the Alliance should give play to their professional advantages to provide enterprises with integrated innovative services in finance, law, accounting, human resources, etc. Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other units should actively guide and support the Alliance in its work, and jointly build the Alliance into a multi-level, multi tentacle, high-energy comprehensive service platform.
