9月2日至6日，2023中国国际服务贸易交易会（以下简称：服贸会）在北京隆重举行。期间同时举行了2023国际金融创新与合作论坛，上海稷源城市更新建设发展有限公司（以下简称：上海稷源）作为协办单位参会，并在论坛各方见证下与北京丝路领就科技有限公司（以下简称：北京丝路）签订重要战略合作协议。习近平主席向本届服贸会全球服务贸易峰会发表的致辞指出，数字化、智能化、绿色化进程不断加快，新技术、新业态、新模式层出不穷，为推动经济全球化、恢复全球经济活力、增强世界经济发展韧性注入了强大动力。习近平主席提出，要加强同各国发展战略和合作倡议对接，深度强化与共建“一带一路”国家的服务贸易和数字贸易合作，促进各类资源要素跨境流动便利化，培育更多经济合作增长点。

    上海稷源是国家一带一路智慧城市建设工作委员会华东办事处机关，同时也是国家一带一路智慧城市工作建设委员会的战略投资平台；北京丝路则为本届服贸会国际金融合作高峰论坛以及中国国际进口博览会相关论坛的组织和承办单位。为促进全球平衡发展以及加强各国人民友好往来，双方本着以投资推动协调发展、促进全球大宗贸易共享美好未来的愿景为宗旨，共同签订战略合作协议。

   根据协议，上海稷源为北京丝路积极对接一带一路和一路一带相关投资项目匹配专项基金，并参与其中具备国际战略投资价值的项目。为进一步提升全球贸易合作过程中的数字化和智能化服务水平，双方同时就共同推进上海掌通天下信息系统有限公司掌静脉生物识别技术项目（掌静脉生物识别技术是具有高安全性和高便利性的新一代身份识别和金融支付底层技术）在全球大宗贸易服务中的应用达成战略合作协议。为深入贯彻习近平主席指示精神，上海稷源和北京丝路将肩负各自历史使命，以贸易和投资为纽带，积极借力新技术、新业态、新模式，共同为全球经济注入活力，为开创世界更加美好繁荣的未来添砖加瓦。

  Driven by Financial Innovation Digital Leads the Future

On the afternoon of September 6, 2023, CIFTIS came to a successful conclusion in Beijing. Shanghai Jiyuan was invited to participate as the co-organizer of the International Financial Innovation and Cooperation Forum of FITEC 2023 and signed an important contract under the witness of all parties of the forum.

President Xi Jinping pointed out in his important speech at this year's CIFTIS that the process of digitization, intelligence, and greening has been accelerating, and new technologies, new business forms, and new models are emerging, which have injected a strong impetus for promoting economic globalization, restoring the vitality of the global economy, and enhancing the resilience of the world's economic development. At the same time, President Xi proposed to strengthen the docking of development strategies and cooperation initiatives with other countries, deepen the cooperation in trade in services and digital trade with the countries jointly building the "Belt and Road", promote the facilitation of cross-border flow of various types of resources and factors, and cultivate more growth points of economic cooperation.

Shanghai Jiyuan Urban Renewal Construction Development Co., Ltd. as the East China office of the National Belt and Road Smart City Construction Committee, and also the strategic investment platform of the National Belt and Road Smart City Construction Committee, and Beijing Silk Road Leader Technology Co., Ltd. as the organizer and contractor of the International Financial Cooperation Summit Forum of the Council for Trade in Services as well as the relevant forums of the Expo, in line with the spirit of investment to promote coordinated development. With the vision of sharing a better future through trade, and in order to promote balanced global development and strengthen friendly exchanges between people of different countries, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The agreement points out that Shanghai Jiyuan supports Beijing Silk Road to actively dock the Belt and Road and One Road and One Belt related investment projects and match the special fund to participate in the projects with international strategic investment value, and at the same time, the two sides will jointly promote the palm vein recognition technology (palm vein recognition technology is a new generation of identification and financial payment underlying technology with high security and convenience) belonging to Shanghai Zhangtong Tianxia Information System Co. ) in global trade to further enhance the digitization and intelligence level in the process of global trade cooperation.

In order to carry out the spirit of President Xi's speech, Shanghai Jiyuan and Beijing Silk Road will shoulder their respective historical missions, use trade and investment as a link, energize the global economy with new technologies, new forms and new models, and work together to create a better and prosperous future for the world.
